An Orient Fable Untold

Berco’s

G-2/43, Middle Circle

Connaught Place % 4373-1111

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Chinese Hut, a haloed experience and traditions, seeping out of derris and corners. That is Berco’s for you. Dwelled into august presence, Berco’s has come over from being an iconoclast of Chinese tradition onto the most identified Chinese wanton in town.

The interiors at Berco’s are intricately carved, replicating a pan Asian eating-house. The use of Red is vehemently done up making a bold statement unto the creative. Being a concept driven restaurant, Berco’s lays extreme stress on the importance of perfect fooding and its presentation. Ask for any menu item and rest assured that it would be presented in the most amazing foiling.

Gastrome is something, which Berco’s prides itself in and Executive Corporate Chef Karma Chedup, takes a vehement disposition into all the creations at Berco’s. So from his recommendations we suggest trying out a verity of options all created out of the essential spirits of the Far East. From the Appetizers spread try out Crispy Chilli Potatoes, Basil Garlic Crispy Vegetable and Fried Button Mushrooms from the Vegetarian section and Chicken Fried Wonton, Juicy Chicken Drumsticks and Chicken Chilli Garlic Winglet from the Non Vegetarian options.

Moving onto the crown of gourmet options at Berco’s, be well stashed with delicacies like Star Chicken, crispy fried boneless chicken topped with a special sauce flavored with five spice powder; Chicken Taichen Style, finger juliennes of chicken cooked with red and yellow bell pepper in chilli oyster sauce. An eternal favorite, try out, Shredded lamb in Szechwan sauce and Five Spice Fsish, tossed with a special secret recipe. Team them up with Corn fried rice and Berco’s special Noodles, is our recommendation.

From the Thai platter, I recommend, Yam Yakrai Kai, Chicken Lemon Grass Salad, Fish Plachod and Koong Phad Wine from the Appetizers menu and Kaeng Phet, Phad Phrik Chao Suan and Pla Ka Pong Dang Phrik Thai Dam from the main course menu.

Round the good meal at Berco’s, by trying out, Death by Chocolate and Brown Zebra, two sinful concoctions from the Dessert menu. Truly, at Berco’s, it’s an Orient Fable Untold.
